[CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks. [SA] Facility only has self service open foods and all dish washing will be conducted at near by permitted facility. Facility only has nonPHFs. Facility shall have hot water 120F restored by 8/4/2026 or further enforcement action may occur.
