Nota del inspector (en inglés): The utensils are dumped into a basket for the students to grab one as they walk by. [CA] The utensils must be stored with the handles facing up so that the eating surface is not touched.
9 mar 2026 · Routine Inspection - Menor Alimentos a una temperatura insegura
Los alimentos no se mantenían lo suficientemente fríos o calientes, no se enfriaban con la rapidez necesaria, o no se cocinaban o recalentaban a la temperatura correcta. Las bacterias crecen rápido en la "zona de peligro" entre 41 °F y 135 °F (5 °C a 57 °C), por lo que esta es una de las revisiones de seguridad alimentaria más importantes.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): PHFs within the hot holding (warmer) were measured between 122-124*F at the time off inspection. Per PIC, they have been placed in there about 30mins ago.
[CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above.
[SA] All food within the unit will be re-heated in turbo ovens within the facility. Re-heated to 165*F above.
