[COS] Numerous potentially hazardous foods in both walk-ins was VC&D (raw chicken, duck neck, duck wings, pork shoulder, cooked vegetables, etc.). Several containers of raw and cooked meats maintained out in ambient were VC&D. Multiple prep inserts full of cooked or raw meat were VC&D. See VC&D report.
