[SA] Facility uses hose next to 3-comp sink with 120F. Per employee hot water faucet is leaky and facility is using hose as source of hot water. Hose observed to be plumbed into the water. MINOR: Handwash sink by register measured to have water at 86F. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds.
