Nota del inspector (en inglés): Excessive water accumulation was observed on the floor below dishwashing and working sinks. [CA] Keep the floor areas neat, clean, and dry all the time. - Menor Otro hallazgo

Redacción oficial (en inglés): Food storage: food storage containers identified
Nota del inspector (en inglés): Many food products on boxes were stored directly on the floor or on milk crate inside the walk-in freezer and back in the storage areas. [CA] To prevent insect hiding and breading and for easy cleaning of the floor area, please store all food products at least six inches off the floor on an approved shelf or dunnage rack. - Menor Problemas de limpieza o desinfección

Redacción oficial (en inglés): Wiping cloths: properly used, stored
Nota del inspector (en inglés): Multiple wet/soiled wiping cloths were stored on the counters and on the sinks. [CA] Wet/soiled wiping cloths must be stored in a bucket that has standard sanitizer concentration in between use which is 200 ppm quaternary ammonia or 100 ppm chlorine (bleach).
Nota del inspector (en inglés): The handwash station on the halal meat serving area was partially blocked by utensils. [CA] Keep the handwash station easily accessible for employees to wash hand whenever it is needed.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): No rodents, insects, birds, or animals
Nota del inspector (en inglés): Couple of floes were observed in the meat preparation and some in the janitorial sink areas. [CA] Eliminate all insects and rodents from the facility by a legal method.
