Nota del inspector (en inglés): Repeated violation: Potentially Hazardous Foods (PHFs) like sweet rice, chicken, shrimp rolls on display are subject to TPHC but owner forgot to put time stickers for today. These foods are prepared at 11 am and placed here for sale. [CA] When time only, rather than time and temperature is used as a public health control, PHFs shall be time marked to indicate when item is removed from temperature control, discarded if not consumed or served within 4 hours, and written procedures shall be readily available for review. [COS] Owner will discard the leftover food items after 4 hours of start time (around 3 pm) . Told owner to always post time stickers on each food.
