El personal no se lavaba las manos cuando debía, o un lavamanos estaba bloqueado, sin jabón ni toallas de papel, o se usaba para otra cosa. Las manos son una de las formas más comunes en que los gérmenes llegan a la comida.

Owner stated that he uses 2 compartment sink to wash hands. Hand soap and paper towels observed at 2 compartment sink. No soap or paper towel dispensers provided. [CA] Hand washing sinks shall be unobstructed and accessible at all times. Ensure restroom hand wash sink is operable at all times. Provide a hand soap and paper towel dispenser. [COS] Operator cleared pathway to restroom hand sink. Soap and paper towels were provided.
