  • Menor Otro hallazgo

Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed packaged beverages stored directly on the floor of walk-in cooler and sales floor. [CA] Food shall be stored six inches above the floor to prevent contamination and facilitate ease of cleaning.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): Equipment, utensils: Approved, in good repair, adequate capacity

Nota del inspector (en inglés): Measured the ambient temperature of the 2-door under counter cooler at 45F. Observed refrigeration gaskets are in disrepair. [CA] Refrigeration unit shall maintain foods at 41F or below. Discontinue the storage of Potentially Hazardous Foods until unit is repaired.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): Proper hot and cold holding temperatures

Nota del inspector (en inglés): Measured multiple Potentially Hazardous Foods including meats, cheeses, and dairy in the 2-door under counter cooler from 45-47F. Per PIC, foods were relocated to the 2-door under counter cooler 3.5 hours prior to temperature measurement. [CA] Potentially Hazardous Foods shall be kept at 41F or below or 135F or above. [SA] All foods were relocated to the walk-in cooler to facilitate rapid cooling.

Redacción oficial (en inglés): Permits available

Nota del inspector (en inglés): --48 HOUR NOTICE— There has been a change in ownership and no application has been submitted to our department. New owner has 48 hours to submit the Facility Evaluation Application/Change of Ownership Application. Failure to comply within 48 hours will result in facility closure and additional enforcement, including but not limited to reinspection(s) and additional cost recovery fees. A facility found to be in continued operation without a permit may incur a penalty of three (3) times the operating permit fee, and fee(s) for re-inspection(s) charged at the current hourly rate approved by the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors. Penalties and fees incurred due to enforcement activities must be paid in full prior to the issuance of an operating permit.
