Use the 3 compartment sink to conduct sanitizing until dishwasher is serviced and is properly maintaining 50 ppm.

Condensate from the ice machine was observed dripping directly onto the floor from the drain pipe. [Corrective Action] Adjust the machine so that the drain pipe aligns with the floor sink.
