Los platos, equipos o superficies que tocan los alimentos no se lavaban, enjuagaban y desinfectaban correctamente, o el desinfectante no tenía la concentración adecuada. Las superficies limpias ayudan a evitar que los gérmenes lleguen a la comida.

Los equipos, utensilios, termómetros, tablas de cortar o artículos desechables no estaban en buenas condiciones, no eran del tipo adecuado o no se guardaban correctamente.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): The table that the donuts are filled on is soiled and deteriorated. [CA] The table must be cleaned and sanitized and a new approved type installed. The tall cabinet is soiled and will deteriorate further when scrubbed and cleaned. [CA] Clean the soiled cabinets and replace with approved type shelving. Observed a refrigerator not on. [CA] Remove the non working refrigerator from the facility.
