Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed an open bag of corn dog flour stored on the ground in the kitchen area. [CA] Ensure all food is stored at least 6" off the floor on approved shelving. Ensure facility floors are frequently cleaned and maintained to prevent harborage of vermin.
