[CA] Each food handler shall maintain a valid food handler card for the duration of his or her employment as food handler. A valid food handler card shall be provided within 30 days of after the date of hire.

Ensure the hood is functioning properly. 2. The light bulbs under the exhaust hood are all out of order. [CA] In every room and area in which any food is prepared, manufactured, processed or prepackaged or in which equipment or utensils are cleaned, sufficient natural or artificial lighting shall be provided. Replace the bulbs.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): The salad bar prep unit is not maintaining PHFs at 41F or below. [CA] Refrigeration must be capable of maintaining PHFs at 41°F or below.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): Proper hot and cold holding temperatures
Nota del inspector (en inglés): Third Repeat Violation: At the salad bar, measured macacroni salad, potato salad, cheese, etc between 43-47°F.
