[CA] Mechanical sanitization shall be accomplished in the final sanitizing rinse with a chlorine concentration of 50 ppm, or as per manufacturer's specifications. [COS] Fried chicken was relocated to the under counter refrigeration unit to facilitate rapid cooling.
