Nota del inspector (en inglés): The under counter refrigerator across from the deli case did not have a thermometer. [CA] Keep a thermometer in each refrigerator. Provide thermometer that is easily readable and conveniently placed. [COS] A thermometer was added to the refrigerator by the deli employee.
