Operator moved container of pooled eggs, shredded cheese, fried tofu, and fried taro to undercounter refrigerator to facilitate proper holding temperatures. In the walk-in refrigerator, measured bean sprouts and tofu at 46F. [CA] Ensure potentially hazardous foods are held cold at 41F and below to prevent bacterial growth.

[SA] Operator moved pooled eggs and egg whites to nearby 2 door reach in refrigerator to facilitate proper holding temperatures.
