  El inspector encontró ratones, ratas, cucarachas, moscas o rastros de ellos (como excrementos) dentro del negocio, o condiciones que podrían atraerlos. Las plagas pueden propagar bacterias a los alimentos y superficies, por eso se considera uno de los hallazgos más graves.

  Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed 2 dead rodents on snap traps in the back of house area. Reviewed pest control service reports. Traps were set on 2/03/2025. [CA] The premises of each food facility shall be kept free of vermin. Discard of traps once used. All contaminated surfaces shall be cleaned and sanitized; and contributing factors such as cleaning, repairs, and the elimination of harborages shall be resolved. [COS] Dead rodents were discarded at the time of inspection. Observed old rodent droppings below a storage rack in the warehouse and at the far corner adjacent to the trash compactor. No rodent droppings observed on food or food contact surfaces. [CA] Clean and sanitize area of dead cockroaches or old droppings. A follow-up inspection will be conducted on 4/30/2025. Further enforcement actions will be forthcoming if evidence of vermin is observed during the follow-up inspection.
