Los platos, equipos o superficies que tocan los alimentos no se lavaban, enjuagaban y desinfectaban correctamente, o el desinfectante no tenía la concentración adecuada. Las superficies limpias ayudan a evitar que los gérmenes lleguen a la comida.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): 4-204.117 - Ware washing Machines, Automatic Dispensing of Detergents and Sanitizer. The mechanical dish washing machine was out of sanitizer solution. A mechanical dish washing machine that is installed after adoption of this Code by the regulatory authority, shall be equipped to automatically dispense detergents and sanitizers. Talked to staff and they immediately supplied sanitizing solution.
