All food contact surfaces shall be washed, rinsed, and sanitized using heat or approved chemicals (chlorine for this facility). Company contacted whole BCPH was on site for more chlorine, and facility instructed to atleast was/rinse dishes tonight, then was/rinse/sanitize when the sanitizer is replaced (3-compartment sink not operation for hand washing).
