Productos de limpieza, pesticidas u otros químicos estaban guardados o etiquetados de una manera que podría permitir que llegaran a los alimentos. Es grave porque la contaminación química puede enfermar a las personas rápidamente.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): 7-102.11 Observed a spraying bottle with a chemical solution and no label in the dishwashing area. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials, such as cleaners and sanitizerstaken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. Talked to the kitchen manager and requested that to always label all chemicals.
