Productos de limpieza, pesticidas u otros químicos estaban guardados o etiquetados de una manera que podría permitir que llegaran a los alimentos. Es grave porque la contaminación química puede enfermar a las personas rápidamente.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): 3-304.14 Wiping Cloths, Use Limitation (C) Observed wiping cloths stored in wiping cloth bucket with quaternary ammonia concentration reading at 0 ppm 3-304.14 (B) (1) Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other EQUIPMENT surfaces shall be held between uses in a chemical sanitizer solution at a concentration appropriate for chemical being used. Corrected during inspection: operator refilled wiping cloth bucket at 3 compartment sink using sanitizer that was premixed and tested solution, which then read between 300-400 PPM using test strips at chemical tower. Operator agrees to follow company procedure and test sanitation prior to filling wiping cloth bucket.
