El inspector encontró ratones, ratas, cucarachas, moscas o rastros de ellos (como excrementos) dentro del negocio, o condiciones que podrían atraerlos. Las plagas pueden propagar bacterias a los alimentos y superficies, por eso se considera uno de los hallazgos más graves.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): 6-501.112 Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents, and Other Pests. Observed several dead flies on the shelf where clean bowls were stored. Dead insects, rodents, and other pests shall be removed from the PREMISES at a frequency that prevents their accumulation, decomposition, or the attraction of pests. Flies removed from shelf, bowls to be washed rinsed and sanitzied. Education provided.
