Los alimentos venían de una fuente no aprobada, les faltaban fechas o etiquetas obligatorias, o ya habían pasado su fecha límite de uso. Saber de dónde vienen los alimentos y qué tan viejos son ayuda a prevenir enfermedades.

The PERMIT HOLDER shall notify CONSUMERS by written notification of the presence of MAJOR FOOD ALLERGENS as an ingredient in unpackaged food items that are served or sold to the consumer. The operator will add a statement to display counter stating "allergy information available upon request," as well as obtaining a list of the major allergens present in unpackaged/unlabeled food items. Emailed guidance document to the operator. Education provided.
