Productos de limpieza, pesticidas u otros químicos estaban guardados o etiquetados de una manera que podría permitir que llegaran a los alimentos. Es grave porque la contaminación química puede enfermar a las personas rápidamente.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): 7-102.11 Chemical containers. Observed a chemical spray bottle with a mixture and no lable to identified the chemical solution. Chemicals mixed on the premises must alwya be clearly labeled to identify the solution. Talked to the manager and they immediatley labeled the bleach solution.
