Los platos, equipos o superficies que tocan los alimentos no se lavaban, enjuagaban y desinfectaban correctamente, o el desinfectante no tenía la concentración adecuada. Las superficies limpias ayudan a evitar que los gérmenes lleguen a la comida.

Corrected during inspection: operator filled a wiping cloth bucket using quaternary ammonia and tested solution. Education provided, keep solution at 300-400 PPM using test strips. Operator agrees to keep wiping clothes stored as described.
