    El personal no se lavaba las manos cuando debía, o un lavamanos estaba bloqueado, sin jabón ni toallas de papel, o se usaba para otra cosa. Las manos son una de las formas más comunes en que los gérmenes llegan a la comida.

They do sometimes write the time they make rice on the top of the pot. Facility lacks an approved Time as a Public Health Control plan. A Time as a Public Health Control written procedure template will be provided to operator to fill out and send back to inspector and keep on file at restaurant; and time stamp product that will be kept out of temperature control.
