Nota del inspector (en inglés): During the course of an investigation, it was determined that there was inadequate supervision in a classroom when two incidents occurred in plain sight which placed children in care at risk of harm. One incident involved children touching one another under their clothing, the other was a child being repeatedly kicked on his back by another child. Risk level: High. Corrected by 2024-11-20.
