  Nota del inspector (en inglés): The gates to the a/c units on each of the playgrounds did not have anything to prevent children from opening the gate and having access to the a/c units. Two gate that open up to the school age playground that leads to the parking lot did not have anything to prevent children from opening the gate and escaping to the parking lot. Children have access to two laundry rooms that contain cleaning products. In the Pre-K class and in the school age building there is not a lock or child proof cover on the door to prevent children's access to the water heater.
