  Nota del inspector (en inglés): In the bathroom of the 2 year old room there was a crib in a bathtub that was on top of a box which was a safety hazard. In the bathroom of the 20-26 month old classroom there was ribbon, garland and cellophane paper in the bathtub that was a safety hazard. In the after school room the caregiver's purse was accessible to children. The Director corrected all of the hazards at the time of the inspection. Risk level: Medium High.
