Nota del inspector (en inglés): This rule was evaluated with regard to the investigation and a deficiency was found. Based on the information gathered, it was determined that a caregiver used poor judgment when she picked up a child by his one arm from his nap mat during naptime and this could have caused the injuries to the child's arm. Risk level: High. Corrected by 2023-11-16.
