Nota del inspector (en inglés): In the indoor "Flex Area" there are two storage building pulley chains that open the garage doors. These chains are accessible to the children, that would be utilizing this area. These pulley chains could cause a possible entanglement hazard. This possible hazard was corrected during the inspection when the chains were rolled up onto the track making the chains inaccessible to the child that would be in the "Flex Area". Risk level: Medium High. Corrected during the inspection.
