Nota del inspector (en inglés): The emergency drill log was reviewed and shows that shelter in place, severe weather, and lockdown drills, each required to be conducted four times per year,were all documented as being completed on the same day. Additional dates listed in the log do not specify which drill type was conducted. Fire drills from May 2025 through November 2025 were all documented as occurring at 3:30 p.m., with the evacuation time recorded as 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., indicating no variation in drill times.
