Nota del inspector (en inglés): In the open air grab & go cooler observed prepared foods missing ingredient and allergen labeling: fruit and yogurt cups missing ingredients and allergen labeling chocolate cake missing allergen labeling cous cous salad missing ingredients and allergen labeling cooked chicken breast missing dairy allergen in labeling; review labels in your system and add ingredients and allergen labeling as required. After the observation a staff person removed the prepared foods missing labels to the walk-in cooler in the kitchen.
