The maintance man for the building was on site at this time and was able to come and inspect the leak. The bathroom is not in use at this time and will remained closed until the repair is fixed. The 2nd bathroom is open. These bathrooms are not open to the public. Repair leak and provide an invoice for tomorrow's re inspection.

CLEAN AND SWEEP- the floors under all the shelving in and around the office under the small table. Remove water in the back hallway leading out to the back door. ECOLAB-stated on the invoice that they would be out JAN 3rd. No one came out. Provide a updated pest report.
