Nota del inspector (en inglés): Gaps between glass entrance doors accesible to pests. Seal with pest proof materials. See emails from Tatte Management with approval for replacement of the entrance doors from Northeastern. Upon today's reinspection 10/1/26 the doors remain unsealed with gaps present. Seal all outer openings with pest proof materials to prevent entrance of vermin. Repairs to gap in glass cafe door with plastic not sufficient with gaps still present. Reinspection 10/1/26 gaps still exist in glass doors at entrance to common area & restaurant. Seal with pest proof materials. - Importante Señales de roedores o insectos

Nota del inspector (en inglés): Reinspection 10/1/26 No presence of droppings observed upon reinspection. Pest report from EcoLab dated 9/28/26 states "findings that require attention" including outer opening doors sanitary items listed on the pest report have been addressed as observed upon today's revisit. Provide an updated Integrated Pest Management pest control report upon re-inspection. The pest control report must be post dated after today’s inspection. Provide updated IPM pest control report upon reinspection. Have your pest control operator perform a service prior to the re inspection and as many visits as necessary to provide a clean IPM pest control report with no captures no evidence any structural voids and issues have been resolved and that sanitation is at an acceptable level. Increase the frequency of pest control visits until the situation is brought under control. Literature explaining IPM has been provided to the PIC by email.
