Redacción oficial (en inglés): A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of SANITIZING solutions shall be provided. (Pf)
Redacción oficial (en inglés): FOOD shall be protected from contamination by storing the FOOD: (1) In a clean, dry location; (2) Where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and (3) At least 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor, unless otherwise approved.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): A sign or poster that notifies FOOD EMPLOYEES to wash their hands shall be provided at all HANDWASHING SINKS used by FOOD EMPLOYEES and shall be clearly visible to FOOD EMPLOYEES.
