Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed no labels on frozen meat for sale. Ensure common name of food, address of where food was packaged, and all required information is on the label of foods offered for self-service. Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed frozen cut meat for sale in display freezer without the proper labeling. Ensure all food is properly labeled. Raw meats shall have safe handling instructions printed on label. - Crítica Alimentos a una temperatura insegura
Los alimentos no se mantenían lo suficientemente fríos o calientes, no se enfriaban con la rapidez necesaria, o no se cocinaban o recalentaban a la temperatura correcta. Las bacterias crecen rápido en la "zona de peligro" entre 41 °F y 135 °F (5 °C a 57 °C), por lo que esta es una de las revisiones de seguridad alimentaria más importantes.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed 13 packages of sliced American cheese, and two packages of 2lb shredded cheese above 41F in walk-in display cooler. Your store has not stocked the following: Title 10, MCO 203.10 (a)-(j). Comply immediately.
