Redacción oficial (en inglés): Have an approved chlorine chemical sanitizer solution. The solution must have a minimum concentration of 50 ppm. The solution must also meet the temperature and pH requirements of this rule.
Nota del inspector (en inglés): The concentration of the bar glass washer was not detectable. It was determined that the sanitizer line was not priming. It will be fixed and the concentration verified to be 50-200ppm chlorine.
