Los alimentos venían de una fuente no aprobada, les faltaban fechas o etiquetas obligatorias, o ya habían pasado su fecha límite de uso. Saber de dónde vienen los alimentos y qué tan viejos son ayuda a prevenir enfermedades.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): Include the following information on the food label: 1. common name of the food; 2. ingredient list; 3. quantity; 4. manufacturer name and location; 5. allergen declaration; 6. nutrition label, unless exempt; 7. fish color additives.
Nota del inspector (en inglés): Some the packaged foods such as the sandwiches were missing sub ingredients for things like bread or buns. If allergens are present in any ingredients those should also be included on the label. Fact sheet provided with this report. - Menor Otro hallazgo

Redacción oficial (en inglés): Provide containers for food or beverages prepared for takeout or to be eaten immediately. Containers must be reuseable, recyclable or compostable.
Nota del inspector (en inglés): The containers for the to go food were made of black plastic. Black Plastic is not recyclable. Replace with a container that is recyclable or compostable.
