Productos de limpieza, pesticidas u otros químicos estaban guardados o etiquetados de una manera que podría permitir que llegaran a los alimentos. Es grave porque la contaminación química puede enfermar a las personas rápidamente.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): Sanitizer Spray bottle was observed kept hooked on the edge handwash sink at the time of inspection. Discussed with operator that chemicals should not be stored at handwash sinks to remove risk of contamination when washing hands. Operator removed bottle immediately and stored it in an approved location.
