- Menor Problemas con equipos o utensilios
Los equipos, utensilios, termómetros, tablas de cortar o artículos desechables no estaban en buenas condiciones, no eran del tipo adecuado o no se guardaban correctamente.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): All equipment and components must be in good repair. Keep them maintained to manufacturer's specifications.
Nota del inspector (en inglés): Correct new lowboy unit so that it maintains a temperature of 41*F or less. Do not overfill unit so that air circulation is not attained. Note: Walk-in freezer and walk-in cooler are no longer being used. New upright freezer and coolers are being used instead of walk-ins which are both broken. Walk-in coolers being used as storeroom. - Menor Problemas de mantenimiento del local
Los pisos, paredes, techos, la iluminación, la ventilación o las áreas de basura necesitaban reparación o limpieza. Por lo general son menos urgentes que los problemas de manejo de alimentos, pero igual deben corregirse.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): Replace the dead battery in paper towel dispenser at front hand wash sink or provide a new paper towel dispenser. - Crítica Alimentos a una temperatura insegura
Los alimentos no se mantenían lo suficientemente fríos o calientes, no se enfriaban con la rapidez necesaria, o no se cocinaban o recalentaban a la temperatura correcta. Las bacterias crecen rápido en la "zona de peligro" entre 41 °F y 135 °F (5 °C a 57 °C), por lo que esta es una de las revisiones de seguridad alimentaria más importantes.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): Keep all cold TCS foods at 41 degrees F or colder under mechanical refrigeration.
Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed numerous containers of pasteurized cream cheese being held in new lowboy at temperature of 55*F. Boxes of cream cheese relocated to a working cooler. Note: New lowboy was packed so full there was no air circulation occurring in unit. This was corrected. - Menor Problemas de origen, fechas o etiquetas de los alimentos
Los alimentos venían de una fuente no aprobada, les faltaban fechas o etiquetas obligatorias, o ya habían pasado su fecha límite de uso. Saber de dónde vienen los alimentos y qué tan viejos son ayuda a prevenir enfermedades.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): Label consumer self-dispensing bulk food with the following information: 1. manufacturer's or processor's label; 2. a card or sign with the common name of the food; 3. list of ingredients; 4. nutrition labeling, unless exempt.
Nota del inspector (en inglés): There were no ingredient labels on customer self service beverage dispenser. Provide ingredient labels for this unit. Note: Labels can be obtained from your beverage supplier.
