  Los equipos, utensilios, termómetros, tablas de cortar o artículos desechables no estaban en buenas condiciones, no eran del tipo adecuado o no se guardaban correctamente.
  Redacción oficial (en inglés): All equipment and components must be in good repair. Keep them maintained to manufacturer's specifications.
  Nota del inspector (en inglés): The condnesor on one of the cold holding units is still out. A repair order has been issued already and the unit is not being used.

  Nota del inspector (en inglés): The person in charge stated that the condensor in the cold holding unit was still not working correctly and is scheduled to be fixed. There is still build up of ice in various areas of the walk in freezer. This also needs to be looked at and repaired if necessary.
