Make sure sanitizer is kept at the restaurant so that food contact equipment can be sanitized and potential pathogens can be killed. Through conversation with Person-in-Charge, it was observed that restaurant sanitizes milk steamer attachments and does not complete a wash and rinse step. Make sure that all food contact surfaces are washed, rinsed, and sanitized.
