  Los alimentos venían de una fuente no aprobada, les faltaban fechas o etiquetas obligatorias, o ya habían pasado su fecha límite de uso. Saber de dónde vienen los alimentos y qué tan viejos son ayuda a prevenir enfermedades.
  Redacción oficial (en inglés): Include the following information on the food label: 1. common name of the food; 2. ingredient list; 3. quantity; 4. manufacturer name and location; 5. allergen declaration; 6. nutrition label, unless exempt; 7. fish color additives.
  Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed there was no label on the bags of ice manufactured and bagged onsite. Ice is food and is required to have a proper label, including the name and address of the business it was manufactured and bagged at. It should also list the net weight. Since water is the single ingredient, no ingredient list is required. Provide labels for bagged ice .
