Nota del inspector (en inglés): Although some gaskets have been replaced, the seals on the the stand up cooler in the basement are not allowing the doors to stay shut. This needs to be fixed so the coolers can maintain temperatures.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): Post a copy of the current CFPM.

Redacción oficial (en inglés): All equipment and components must be in good repair. Keep them maintained to manufacturer's specifications.
Nota del inspector (en inglés): The large stand up cooler in the basement has a door that is not lacking closed. The small 2 door cooler in the main kitchen area had doors that were not sealing when closed. The temperature of the milk inside was at 45F. The gaskets may need to be replaced on this unit.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): Label all containers of food and food ingredients with their common name.
Nota del inspector (en inglés): The labeling on the bulk food containers has worn off and needs to be rewritten so that all the container contents can be easily identified.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): Post a sign at all handwashing sinks used by employees to remind them to wash their hands.
Nota del inspector (en inglés): The upstairs restroom handsink and the main handsink are missing signage reminding employees to wash their hands.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): Keep all cold TCS foods at 41 degrees F or colder under mechanical refrigeration.
Nota del inspector (en inglés): The milk and juice in the small 2 door cooler in the kitchen area was at 45F. The doors were not staying closed and may be why the temperature is a little above the required 41F or less. The unit should be adjusted to a lower temperature and possibly have the doors/gaskets repaired so the doors don't pop open.
