Redacción oficial (en inglés): Submit complete plans and specifications to the regulatory authority for review and approval at least 30 days prior to beginning any new construction, conversion, change of type of food establishment or food operation, or extensive remodeling of a food establishment.
Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed establishment added a MerryChef oven without submitting food plan application and required paperwork, and receiving an approval from the Health Dept for the use of this ventless cooking equipment. Informed the manager on duty (MOD) to complete the required food plan application provided with this report, and follow the instruction on top of the application on how to submit it electronically to the City.
