    Nota del inspector (en inglés): Tongs were again observed hanging on the oven door handles where they could come in contact with dirty aprons or clothes. Keep in an area where this can not happen. This was corrected immediately.

    Nota del inspector (en inglés): The dishmachine was not reading any sanitizer. Upon checking, it was found that the siphoning tube was not working. It will be fixed.

    Nota del inspector (en inglés): The concentration of the sanitizer in the dishmachine was not registering. This needs to be fixed. Until then, dip washed dishes in a sanitizer rinse in the 3 compartment sink and air dry.

    Nota del inspector (en inglés): Accurate date marking was not occurring in the walk in cooler. The staff stated that the food was only a few days old. Recommend using "date dots" (colored dots for each day ot the week) to simplify this task.
