Redacción oficial (en inglés): The business must employ at least one valid Minnesota Food Protection Manager's certification (CFPM). Find more information on the Minnesota Department of Health web page.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): There is no certified food manager at this time. Sadia is going to take a class. After receiving your certificate, send it and an application to the MDH to receive your CFPM certificate that can then be posted in the business.
