  El negocio tenía problemas con el agua corriente caliente o fría, la plomería, los desagües, la prevención de reflujo o la eliminación de aguas residuales. Algunos, como no tener agua caliente, pueden obligar a un cierre temporal hasta que se reparen.
  Redacción oficial (en inglés): Provide a floor drain, properly grade the floor to drain to the floor drain and properly cove and seal wall/floor junctures when water flushing cleaning methods are used.
  Nota del inspector (en inglés): Sitting water was observed on the floor around the ice machine. Informed the manager on duty (MOD) they need to grade the floor to properly drain the water used to wash the floor and prevent it from pooling and sitting on the tiles.
