Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed excessive amounts of cardboard, wood, and racking stored behind the beverage coolers in front of the empty deli. Observed rodent droppings in the dry storage area. Professional pest control is provided on a quarterly basis. Removed harborage conditions and regularly inspect facility for rodent activity. Contact pest control if activity is found.
