    Nota del inspector (en inglés): Two of the prep tables were not holding food at or below 41F. Foods are not being kept in the units overnight so food was not immediately discarded. Some foods were moved to the good prep table cooler and the stand up cooler, and only small portions will be kept until the temperature of the units can be confirmed that they are holding at or below 41F. The units were pulled out and the fans were observed to have some debris buildup, and were immediately cleaned. If they unit can not maintain temperature, it needs to be repaired.
